Join us for Breathe Her Home, a nurturing breathwork and meditation experience for women and trauma survivors. Through Radiant Rest, a guided somatic breathwork journey, you'll be invited to gently release the stress, emotions, and tension your body has been carrying. This is more than relaxation—it's an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, restore a sense of safety, and let go physically, emotionally, and mentally in a supportive, compassionate space.
